Using the kids artwork, paintings and drawings from throughout the year will both involve them and use up all of that paper you have lying around. Paintings and collages can easily be turned into cute cards. Even worksheets with their colouring and writing on it can be used. Including the kids in your cardmaking does need some planning, so gather your materials and tools ahead of time. There is no surer way of boring the kids by running around trying to find those scissors when they are ready to go.
if you have planned to decorate your home only with the Christmas tree that will be the most appreciable idea as the beauty of Christmas is centered on the tree. While decorating the bedrooms, or childrens room, you need to consider the size of the rooms and decorate it with the correct size of Christmas trees. Moreover, you can also decorate your kitchen by putting the small Christmas trees.

With the holidays just around the corner, many people are beginning to bring out the old boxes of Christmas decorations to adorn their homes for the holiday season. This year, instead of putting out the same old decorations that youve used many times over, think of cool new ways to update your Christmas decorations.
Set the kids up with their artwork and old cards and get them to cut their work down to a size that will fit neatly onto your card. If you are using a standard card size of 148mm x 105mm (A4 cut in half, then folded in half) a square of 90mmx90mm will fit nicely. Accuracy isnt important; it will add to the overall charm of the cards. Get a pile of these and keep the leftover pieces too - they can be used to create a collage.
Fold the card in half and then paste the artwork squares onto the front, towards the top (checking the opening is to the right-hand side), using the gluestick. If things are getting too messy, stop and get the kids to wash their hands and start again. Using scrap paper on the table top makes cleaning up much easier. Allow the cards to dry. If they get a bit twisted, lay the cards under a heavy book overnight to flatten them out.
